1/4" cracked heal. It's not infected, but it hurts. I tried a liquid band aid, but wouldn't hold. Next, hydrogen peroxide & antibiotic cream w/bandaid?

In brief: Cracked heel

Assuming you are healthy and you have the common simple causes of cracked home care will consist of the following: oil based moisturizer or heel balm, heel cups made of silicon to stop the heel from expanding and keeping moisture in or good closed shoes (at heel) with socks, and keep hydrated.
If symptoms persist see your podiatrist for further evaluation.

In brief: No peroxide

Hold off on the hydrogen peroxide that is no longer recommended.
Antibiotic ointment and bandaid should be fine in the meantime while it heals. Just takes time.
