What happens if you don't pass a kidney stone? I have had no pain no problems urinating it's been about a year . What happens to the stone?

The stone may have passed if small.
Usually if it is blocking the flow of urine it will cause pain. Follow up with your MD to obtain a urinalysis. If there is blood in your urine consider imaging to locate the stone.
