I have been having some achy pain in my right groin area, basically where my leg joins my pelvis area. The pain is like the skin is sore to touch?

Groin pain. A pulled or strain of a muscle, hip bursitis, tendonitis, tender lymph nodes, hernias are a few of the more common causes. Pain can radiate from the legs as well. One thing to rule out is kidney stones which cause referred pain to the groin area. Time to see the doctor in person. http://www.webmd.com/pain-management/tc/groin-problems-and-injuries-topic-overview.
Groin Swelling. It can be lymphadenopathy, swelling of lymph node ( a organ in body that drains infection). Better to be examined by physician. It can also be skin infection or muscle sprain etc.
