Bilateral achilles' tendinitis/bursitis is a feature of the seronegative spondyloarthopathies, but it is usually unilateral are injuries.
Nonetheless, it must be excluded.Of historical note is that larry bird in his last nba years had bilateral achilles' problems.They were treated as injury and took months to heel.The man from "french lick" was seen by me in the mid-90's.He has psoriatic arthritis.
