Have bells palsy after surgery. 2 months out and face healed well. Now my face is tingling, numb, and ear pressures up when making movement. Healing?

Which surgery? After parotidectomy, the facial nerve (motor nerve) may be temporarily damaged resulting in facial weakness. Unless the nerve was severed this usually resolves in weeks or months. Another nerve, the great auricular nerve (sensory nerve), is usually resected to allow removal of the salivary tumor, thus a portion of the ear remains numb. Tingling usually indicates regenerating nerve function.
Nerve. If your face was numb and is now tingling I would consider that a sign the nerve is recovering.
