Stools look normal now, still smell really weird. Been off Flagyl abt a month. But smell started before then anyway. Yogurt for probiotics didn't help?

In brief: Needs recheck

Metronidazole or Flagyl is normally used to treat Clostridium difficile colitis, Which is an opportunistic infection, usually caused by antibiotic usage.
However, there are other causes of infectious diarrhea other than Clostridium difficile colitis. For persistent diarrhea, additional tests maybe needed, including fecal leukocytes, stool ova and parasite tests. Consult physician may be needed.
