No. Poor sleep , anxiety, teeth clinching at night and hypersensitivity to normal stimuli are related to fibromyalgia. I've gotten pretty good at treating it; 1. Clonazepam 1-2 mg at night for insomnia, helps if you clinch teeth. 2. Tramadol 50 mg, work up to 200-300 mg in divided doses( helps mood and pain) 3.
