Vaginal discharge. If it were urine, you probably would know -- for example, if you lose a bit of urine when straining, coughing or sneezing. Otherwise it's probably vaginal discharge. Odor is very subjective -- but noticealbe vaginal odor often is due to bacterial vaginaosis, as you apparently suspect. BV can accompany or follow chlamydia.
