In brief: Not likely
The only way that would help would be if something in your normal diet is causing you allergic symptoms.

In brief: Probably not
If you are responsive to material in the air seasonally chances are diet will not stop that response.
What you can do is anticipate the reaction and begin the antihistamine that gives you the best protection without making you drowsy weeks before the season you have trouble with begins. It is easier to block the response in the first place than to treat it after it has begun. Experiment with meds.
