I have every retainer possible. My top bonded has been replaced twice. Why am I still having spacing between 2 front teeth?

In brief: Orthodontist

The orthodontist who treated you is best prepared to answer your question.
It could be the failure of the retainer, your bite, parafunctional habits, or even your frenum. So hard to say without an examination.

In brief: Many possibilities

Clenching, grinding, tooth size discrepancy, heavy tissue tag between front teeth, bone loss, gum infection, improper tooth position, traumatic occlusion, and many other reasons.
Rx may require collaboration between Orthodontic Specialist, Periodontal (gum) Specialist, AND your a Restorative Dentist. Start with examination by an Orthodontic Specialist.

In brief: Second opinion

It is impossible to say why you are still having the spaces after repeated treatment.
A limited treatment just to close the spaces may not be enough, you may need a more comprehensive treatment. Get a second opinion from a specialist in orthodontics

In brief: Retainers?

an not typically meant to close space, only hold it.
Bonded retainers also will often not be as effective as plastic ones. You may need to have your orthodontist create some custom aligners (essentially retainers-- but designed to move teeth) to fix this.
