In brief: You can try to look
You can try to look with a flashlight but ear canals can be hard to see into.
Take her to your pediatrician if you are concerned.

This is remarkably common. All sorts of objects either crawl in or are placed in children's ears. See a doctor or nurse practitioner in pediatrician's office.

In brief: Otoscope
It depends on how old the child is - sometimes they can tell you if something feels weird, or they're not hearing as well.
If they're younger, and you're suspicious they may have crammed something up there, best take them to their doctor and get checked. The doc will use a tool called an otoscope to look inside. Good luck!
