Is it unhealthy to eat a very low sodium diet? I am a keeping track of my sodium intake, and it is less than 500mg daily.

In brief: That is not easy..
Your body actually needs to have adequate amount of sodium to function normally and so too low can cause significant problems such as seizure, weakness, paralysis etc.
..500mg/day is actually a very difficult if not impossible task to achieve...As most food u eat contains some sodium..Just not known to you. The current rec is about 2500mg/day for the average joe...Good luck...
