In brief: Appendicitis
Pain may start on the upper abdomen or belly buttom, but always migrates to the right lower quadrant area (a point b/w belly button and hip bone). Belly muscles become tighter. Usually on teenager or kids. See physician.

I agree only thing i add is and i always ask the patients, what did you eat and answer almost always is nothing.Loss of appetite and desire for food is another symptom. After we suspect appendicitis we confirm with a elevated white cell count and cat scan before taking the patient for surgery,The treatment is appendectomy

Also make sure the child has been having normal bowel movements. It is humbling to find that what you suspected was appendicitis was stool impaction.

In brief: Abdominal pain
It depends on the timing of the condition.
At first is nausea and peri umbilical pain and then moves to the r lower abdomen and the r lower abdomen gets tender to touch. Sometimes fever is present also.
