Any studies that show chlomid can effect egg quality?

It doesn't. Clomid (clomiphene) does not affect egg quality. It is designed to stimulate the release of lh and FSH from the pituitary gland in the brain - these hormones in turn stimulate a follicle (or more than one follicle) to develop. Follicles are structures in the ovaries and they contain the eggs that are supposed to go on to ovulate.
