In brief: Blepharospasm

Involuntary twitching of eyelid.
Mostly a bening condition, but it could be annoying. Many times triggered by fatigue, stress, reading a lot/computers. Selft-limiting, goes away by itself. Sometime is socially embarrasing (like inspector clouseau in pink panther ), or painful. Botox is sometimes used to alliviate the pain or social stigma.
