Is there a foam barrier method still available to help protect from nighttime reflux? It makes so much sense, but can't seems to find one.

Gaviscon, sucralfate. Gaviscon is otc, antacid plus alginic acid to "coat" inflamed tissue. Sucralfate is rx; coats inflamed lining of esophagus and stomach; alters the mucus lining of the stomach; doesn't get absorbed into blood stream; can goop up other meds, so time them either 1/2 h before or 2 hrs after dosing;.
