Is there a foam barrier method still available to help protect from nighttime reflux? It makes so much sense, but can't seems to find one.

In brief: Gaviscon, sucralfate
Gaviscon is otc, antacid plus alginic acid to "coat" inflamed tissue.
Sucralfate is rx; coats inflamed lining of esophagus and stomach; alters the mucus lining of the stomach; doesn't get absorbed into blood stream; can goop up other meds, so time them either 1/2 h before or 2 hrs after dosing;.
