I have ingrown pubic hairs , I was prescribed bacitracin. I was wondering what does any discharge mean and can I use Epsom salt at all?

Epsom salt may have light anti inflammatory effect but not anti infective effect. It is not going to harm you use the epsom salt in addition the bacitracin
