My 2 year old daughter has mosquito bite looking rashes all over her face and neck. She hasn't eaten anything different, and hasn't been itching it.

In brief: May be Allergy or

common viral illness.
If she is up to date with immunizations, Measles is less possibility, but other viruses can cause rash. Make sure she drinks enough fluid. Avoid sunlight, can use OTC Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 1 teaspoonful twice daily. If fever, lethargy, headache or any worsening, seek medical advise soon.
