Can high progesterone in males lower sodium in the blood and increase testosterone conversion to estrogen?

In brief: Not so much

As progesterone doesn't particularly cause hyponatremia(low blood sodium) but is felt to predispose people(really women) to some degree of exercise induced hyponatremia.
It really has limited effect on the aromatization(conversion) of testosterone to estrogen.
