I have Lower back pain near the kidney area that radiants to my lower stomach area. Had urine tested and nothing in urine.

Probably not kidneys. Low back pain is most often from the muscles or spine. Kidney pain is more in the mid-back. If your urine is not infected then the pain is probably not from your kidneys. I would suggest seeing your doctor or a chiropractor for further assessment of your back pain. Once they know the source they can recommend treatment.

Your . Your daughter should see a doctor as soon as possible. Even though some studies have shown that drinking cranberry juice can help prevent urinary tract infections, once you have the infection, you need to be treated with antibiotics.
