My bf has a fever of 103 his resting heart rate has been around 135 since he has had the fever. So around 3 days. What should I do?

Bring his fever down. His heart rate is appropriate for his fever which should cause a fast heart rate (exception: typhoid fever). Bring his fever down with Acetaminophen (Tylenol) or Ibuprofen (Advil). More importantly: why does your BF have a fever for 3 days? This requires a doctor visit if not improving.
