In brief: Sometimes, none
which can make diagnosis of cirrhosis tricky in the early stages.
but at the late (decompensated) stages, you can have jaundice (yellowed eyes and skin), fluid buildup in legs and abdomen, encephalopathy (confusion) and dilated veins along the esophagus and stomach called varices, multiple other skin findings 2/2 portal hypertension. Pts with cirrhosis are also at risk for liver cancer.

In brief: Quite a few
When cirrhosis is well established patients develop portal hypertension (high pressure in the veins in stomach, spleen, and intestines) and blood is shunted away from the liver. Patients then develop ascites (fluid build up in abdomen), enlarged spleen and low platelet count, encephalopathy (confusion), and varices (enlarged veins inside stomach and esophagus) which can lead to massive bleeding.
