In brief: Possibly

Headaches caused by sleep apnea are usually treated with oxygen combined with a CPAP (continuous) or BiPAP (bi-level - Positive Airway Pressure) nighttime treatment systems.
Specialized hyperbaric oxygen has been used for cluster headaches and in emergency carbon monoxide poisoning. Hope that helps.

If you have cluster headaches, oxygen may help manage them. A GP may prescribe this. Normally it is 15 L/min for 10 min. A small tank can hold this.
