Usually an aortic aneurysm does not hurt UNLESS.
. it is tearing. This usually is described as a tearing type pain to the mid abdominal region with some pains to the mid back too. The symptoms that you describe is not usual for aortic aneurysm.

Most are asymptotic unless they ruptur. very rarly very large aneurysms can have GI symptoms like you describe
