Doc, I had meniscus repair surgery on both knees about 5yrs apart. I have no pain now in my knees, so I was wondering if I may start jogging?

In brief: Go ahead

If you do not have any pain or symptoms, go ahead.
You could also try less stressful, less impacting excercises like running in water, cross country skiing etc.
