In brief: Yup

Daytrana is an effective way to deliver methylphenidate through the skin.
But it is also very tricky to place the patch correctly. The med is in the adhesive, so pressure must be applied for 30 sec, minimum. If patch rolls up at corners, less is being delivered. If patch is placed over previously used site within 6 days then it may absorb poorly. Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) stimulates Dopamine & norepinephrine more.
