Have arthralgia -- what are some warm ups to do before working out to help?
Same as anyone else. For most people with joint pain, there is no need for any special type of warm-up. The same sorts of things that a non-arthritic person does should be adequate, except perhaps with more attention to areas that are particularly stiff or uncomfortable. Don't avoid exercise, but be gentle and listen to your body.
