If you have a true apple allergy with allergic antibodies (ige) directly to apple protein then you probably can't drink apple juice.
If your reaction is due to oral allergy syndrome, that is ige to birch tree pollen which cross reacts with apple protein, then you probably can drink apple juice because pasteurizing the juice destroys the heat sensitive cross reacting proteins in the apple juice.
