Is it possible to transmit HSV2 other than through sexual contact like not washing hands after urinating, sharing towels or razors?

In brief: No.

Herpes can only be acquired through sexual activity -& these days that can be through various routes.
Inanimate objects cannot 'harbor' the virus -so towels, razors etc cannot infect someone later on since the virus dies after leaving the body of an infected person. So it has to be contact to contact. Other diseases though like MRSA can come from infected razors, so it's always good to be hygienic
