I am being treated: hypothyroid, slp apnea, tryglicer, lw test & vertigo. Are they part of a bigger problem or unlucky to have as seperate illness?

Maybe both. It sounds like several of these problems may be due to being overweight. If that is the case, probably the best thing you can do for your health is to begin a serious diet and exercise program, but be sure to check with your physician before starting an exercise regimen. !
Agree with Dr. K. Both hypothyroidism and being overweight could cause sleep apnea. Making sure that your hypothyroidism is being treated adequately and losing weight would be good on many fronts.
Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
