My 19mo daughter has had diarrhea (watery) for 2 days. No fever. Teething. Suggestion for good hydration liguids ok for her age?

Liquids that have electrolytes are good.
Pedialyte is the classic rehydration formula for kids. Apple juice and gatorade are common ones to have at home. You can try these, but they have a fair amount of sugar. I'd dilute them a bit if you want to try these.
