In brief: Maybe a kidney stone
Kidney stones can cause pain in the lower back or flank (area between rib and hip).
The pain can wrap around to your lower abdomen and into your scrotum. The most common stones are made of calcium oxalate. X-ray won't show a stone, but ct scan can. Not sure foot pain is related. Drink lots of water and see your doc of the pain continues.
