Pain relievers usually refer to opioid medications - morphine like.
Unfortunately not. The stronger the pain killer, usually the more addictive. There are however many adjuvant pain relievers - such as antidepressants and anticonvulsants that can reduce pain due to certain conditions and are not addictive. Pls see your doc.
