Stomach (gastic ulcers) are most affected by known stimulants of stomach acid or known irritants e.
g. Caffeine, smoking, alcohol= so give these up! due to the pain of an ulcer a vigorous exercise may not be tolerated so a less aerobic 'work-out' is probably more feasible, anyway.
