Actually, there's a little more information to know about here. The citrate preparation is generally considered to be a little weaker than the HCL version. 38mg of the citrate is equivalent to 25mg of the HCL, so if you double that you get the 76mg to 50mg ratio. So the doses you mentioned are equivalent.
