In brief: At some point, yes

Heart disease is the leading cause of death in this country.
Obesity and the problems it causes are significant risk factors for heart disease (heart attack, bypass surgery, strokes, etc). So an obese 20 yr old is likely to have a heart attack at a younger age than someone who is healthy. I have a 29 yr old patient with a heart attack and more 30-somethings than i can count.

In brief: Yes

If you are obese inough then it becomes not a question of if but rather when will that 20 year old have their first heart attack or stroke.

In brief: Absolutely

No one can say for sure but it definitely increases the risk dramatically compared to a 20-year old who isn't obese.

Obesity is not the only risk factor for CAD .You may in addition to weight avoid smoking, ensure your BP,cholestrol and triglycerides are under control
