In brief: Tumor Board

I would suggest she have a multi-disciplinary approach to her situation, whereas many specialist, including neurosurgeons, cancer specialist, radiation doctors, palliative care specialists, etc.
all an go over her case and decide what the best course of action is for her. At some hospitals they have a "Tumor Board" just for this. Best wishes.
