My current MRI of cervical spine shows reactive endplate changes and large central disc extrusion at c3/c4 indenting on spinal cord. Should I Worry?

Herniated disc. Not to worry but you should visit a neurosurgeon in the next week for evaluation and treatment. Hand tingling and weakness is a sign of cord compression. Do not do repetitive lifting and bending (housework/yardwork) until a neurosurgeon sees you because the weakness and numbness could worsen with these activities. Avoid contact sports or jarring exercises (running) too.
Need more info. Need more information - more history (acute vs chronic injury) -- especially your symptoms and your neurological examination to provide an more detailed answer. .
