In brief: Yes

The transferred fat cells that survive will typically respond to the weight gain/loss as they would in there original donor site.

In brief: Brazilian Butt Lift

The Brazilian butt lift surgery is a long-lasting procedure.
However, if you happen to lose weight, the fat will shrink – and if you gain weight, the fat will expand. In most cases, about 70% of the injected fat will remain in the area, and about 30% will be reabsorbed by the body.

With drastic weight gain or loss it might also change. However, one of my mentors arguements was that the fat we transfer typically comes from areas of the body that are stubborn when it comes to weight loss like the flanks, belly and hips. Those cells haven't changed so theoretically they should remain "stubborn" once transplanted into the buttock

The fat grafts are live fat tissue thus weight gain or loss could potential have an effect.

In brief: BBL & Weight Change

If the procedure is done correctly, your altered body proportions should remain the same through weight loss and/or gain.
