In brief: There are none
Synthroid (thyroxine) is a man-made replacement for your own thryroid hormone.
There are no side effects per se because the drug will bind to the same receptors that your thyroid hormone binds to so the body does not use the drug as a synthetic. It is possible to take too much Synthroid (thyroxine) and then have effects of excess thyroid like rapid heart beat.

In brief: Hot, anxious
Synthroid (thyroxine) the thyroid hormone synthetic form, i like to think as the metabolism hormone.
Too much would cause a raise in heart rate, feeling of being hot, anxiety, difficulty sleeping, and weight loss.

In brief: Same as thyroid
Too much synthroid (thyroxine) will give you the same effect of having an over active thyroid - temperature intolerance, , tachycardia, weight loss, diarrhea are among common signs of excess.

In brief: High thyroid
The overdosage or overuse of synthroid (thyroxine) may cause symptoms including anxiety, increased heart rate, hair loss, moist skin and other symptoms associated with high thyroid levels.
Synthroid (thyroxine) must be converted to active thyroid by the body, so it is often well tolerated and dosage adjustments can be accomplished without significant side effects.
