In brief: Causes?
Before treating the 2 types of anemia you are describing, the causes of the anemia need to be diagnosed.
Pernicious anemia has an autoimmune basis and would be treated by injectable b 12. The microcytic anemia could be caused from heavy menstrual cycles to potentially a colon cancer where blood would be lost causing the anemia. So treatment could simply be iron or more based on the diagnosis.
