Result of Angiography: three vessel coronary artery desease. Preserved LV systolic function. What is best FOR MEAngioplasty or bypass operation?

Depends. If you're diabetic, CABG has better outcomes. If your LEFT MAIN coronary artery has >50% blockage, CABG has better outcomes. Aside from those 2 points, it depends on the skill of the team you have. If they do a lot of angioplasty, that would be preferred. If they don't but their surgical team is first rate, then that would be preferred.
