In brief: Not recommended if
If it is mild and you are not having symptoms, then moderate working out is ok.
If you are having symptoms..Such as heat intolerance, weakness, losing weight, rapid heart beat/tremors etc..Then you should not work out because it will make above worse. Should consult with doc for treatment and once you are better, you can return to exercise..Good luck.
