I've noticed a stronger vaginal odor lately. Could it be a yeast infection or VB without itching or discharge?

In brief: Yes

The only way to know for sure is to have it checked/tested.
See your doctor ASAP for an evaluation. Best wishes.

In brief: Possible

If there seems to be a fishy odor it is almost always BV.
Yeast can cause a variety of different odors. Yeast may or may not be associated with itching.

In brief: Yes, it could

Yes, it could be either kind of infection.
If you are sexually active other infections are also possible. Either way, you will need to be seen by your doctor in order to determine what kind of infection you have as they are treated differently.
