In brief: Risky adventure

Depending on the type of cyst, you may trigger inflamatory response, infection, hemorrhage or disemination of tumor or disease.
But of course you may be lucky and get away with it.

In brief: It's not a good idea

"popping" your own cyst is not good, it will not get rid of it and it may get infected making it more difficult and moe complicated to treat.
See a general surgeon. If it is not infected and depending on it's site/location, it can easily be removed in the office under local anesthesia.
