Too few calories- In general the amount of calories you are suggesting would be too low to sustain a weight loss over time.
Your body may go into starvation mode and decrease its metabolism cause its not getting enough calories. I suggest more calories- with 20% as protein, 60% as complex carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables, whole grains and legumes. 20% as healthy fats from nuts, seeds,etc
