I did stair steps for a total of forty min. Yesrterday with short breaks and now it feels like I have a not in my right cafe. Do I just massage it?

Extend your leg out, keep your knee stiff, then point your toes toward your face. Then, step one foot forward and begin leaning your body toward the wall until your elbows are flat against it.
