Are thereany medications for trigeminal sensory pain in left side face/head after horizontally-impacted wisdom tooth extraction & lingual nerve damage?

Several. We use different medications to help alleviate nerve pain. Amitryptilline is an old-fashioned anti-depressant that we never use for depression any more - it helps. Seizure medications like gabapentin, carbamezapine and valproic acid help. You may need more than one type of medication and sometimes you find out what works only by trial and error. See a neurologist for treatment.
