In brief: No

If you are treating a bacterial infection it will reduce the inflammation in the affected area only. It is NOT considered and anti-inflammatory.

In brief: Kinda

Aside from being an antibiotic, doxycycline does have some anti-inflammatory properties as well.
Should not be used strictly as an antiinflammatory medication, however.

In brief: Atridox - antibiotic

It is not an anti-inflammatory agent.
It's Rx'd for bacterial infections of a wide range and sometimes acne, even malaria. Here's some info: http://www.eurodrugstore.eu/antibiotic__32__en/atridox__826.html Hope it helps.
