Penicillin or Penicillin related first line.
A quinolone may be used if allergic to Penicillin. Clindamycin is used for recurrent Strep throat.

If the patient is not allergic, any of the penicillin products are safe and effective.
In kids I use amoxicillin because they tolerate the taste better than the other. Other meds can be used when the patient has aa allergy.
